Free Trials in The United States
Verified free trials for American shoppers. Most samples ship via USPS from US-based fulfillment centers, so delivery is typically 2 to 4 weeks with no customs
This is our dedicated page for free trials available to American shoppers. We built it as a separate page from the main Free Trials hub because USPS delivery, FTC rules, and the pool of brands that actually ship to the US are different enough that a single global page would show you offers you cannot use.
The US free sample market is the largest in the world, with major CPG brands like Procter and Gamble, Unilever, and Johnson and Johnson running sample programs year-round. Retailers like Walmart, Target, and Costco also run their own sample events through programs like SampleSource and PINCHme.
Most samples ship via USPS from US-based fulfillment centers, so delivery is typically 2 to 4 weeks with no customs delay. A few brands ship from Canada or Mexico, which can add a week.
Sample programs in the US fall under the FTC Sample Rule, which requires brands to honor what they advertise. The FTC has taken action against companies that collect shipping fees for samples that never arrive, so the offers we list here are ones we have confirmed actually ship.
The most common scam in US free samples is the "pay shipping" trap, where a $5 shipping fee turns into a recurring subscription. We filter those out. A legitimate US sample program never asks for a credit card for a physical sample.
US brands refresh their sample inventory on a quarterly cycle, with the biggest drops in January (new year product launches), May (summer previews), and September (holiday season prep).
